Why Dialogue?
Dialogue, an exchange of individuals, lies at the heart of humanity. The ability to engage in an inspired dialogue, driven by a desire for constructive understanding, is a capacity and power shared by all people.
As every society, organization, and community deals with human engagement, dialogue creates the context to navigate varying beliefs, conflict, and develop constructive action. Yet, dialogue is necessarily a facilitated process where lasting breakthroughs occur (Dunson, 2024).
